  • Intake sessions may last up to an hour. The following sessions are just 20-30 minutes!

  • We offer individual session prices and package prices.

    • 1 single session: $150

    • Wellness Package: $2,500 for 20 sessions - savings of 500! ($125/session)

    • New Neurofeedback Clients Only: $300 for 3 sessions - savings of $150! ($100/session)

    • Treatments are typically scheduled 2-3 times a week. 

    • It is best to have 24-48 hours between treatments so proper measurements for reactivity and effectiveness of treatment can be assessed.

    Below is an example of a potential treatment schedule. Your provider will keep an eye on progress and adjust accordingly.

    • 2 treatments a week for 4 weeks

    • 1 treatment a week for 4 weeks

    • 1 treatment every other week

  • Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive way to help your brain reset and function more efficiently.

    At Optimize Brain Health, we use IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback, which is tailored to your brain’s unique activity patterns. During a session, small sensors monitor your brainwaves and identify areas that may be out of balance.

    We then deliver very low-level electrical pulses to the nervous system. These brief signals create subtle shifts in brainwave activity, giving your brain an opportunity to “reset” and reorganize itself.

    Rather than targeting symptoms directly, this process supports your brain in correcting the underlying patterns that may be contributing to how you feel.
